- Doing Squats: Stand straight with your arms stretched out at 90 degrees to your torso. With your back straight, and arms in this position bend your knees such as sitting down. Go down till a level your fore-legs can remain straight and then come up. Repeat this for up to 15 times. You can also repeat this exercise for up to 3 sets each day. It expands your butt and helps you strength its muscles.

- Lifting your legs: Lie down straight on an exercise mat. Keep your arms straight besides your body. Lift your right leg up to 60 degrees from the floor. Exhale while you do so. Bring back your right leg slowly to the floor. Next, lift your left leg in the same manner and exhale while doing so. Now bring your left leg back to the floor level. Repeat this for each leg 15 times. Carry out 3 sets of this exercise each day.

Activities which can help you build your butt

There are many sporting activities, which if done, can build butt muscles and shape them too. An insight to the same is given below:

- Volleyball: This game requires the use of your arms and thighs. To hit the ball you need to jump or at times bend down too. This brings your thighs and butts to exercise and become stronger as you play on.

- Soccer: Soccer again utilizes your legs extensively. This is being said, the regular kicking action keeps the muscles of the legs and the butts strengthened and shaped.
Does weight impact the butt size?

Yes it does. Every body type is unique. When a woman gains weight there are certain areas which get the fat first and begin to look fuller.
